It all starts with an hour-long consultation. We’ll talk through your brand’s story, your target audience, and how you want your business to be perceived. I’ll ask questions that help you to think about your brand in new ways, leading us to the heart of your brand’s voice.
After our consultation, I’ll spend some time researching and mapping out your brand messaging. I’ll write, and I’ll rewrite. At the end of this process, you will receive a Brand Messaging Guide with all the details of your brand’s voice. This will include overarching themes and concepts, like your brand’s tone and how to capture it. But it will also include intricate details: specific words you should use, words you should avoid, and examples of how to craft brand copy that resonates with your audience.
Finally, we will meet for a 30-minute consultation to review the Brand Messaging Guide. I’ll walk you through the guide, then answer any questions it brings up. You will leave this consultation empowered to create content and marketing materials that are robust, consistent, and impactful.
Flex Copy Development
Flex Copy is evergreen copy meant to be–you guessed it–flexible. It’s copy that you can return to over and over, pulling from it to create content and marketing materials with ease. It’s a serious time-saver, and an invaluable resource for businesses of all sizes.
The process starts with a 30-minute consultation. We’ll talk about what you typically use copy for in your business, and where Flex Copy will be most useful to you. We’ll talk about what products or services you’ll be promoting most often. And we’ll talk about your brand messaging (hint: you’ll get the most out of your Flex Copy if you have a Brand Messaging Guide!).
Following our call, I’ll research, then begin writing. Finally, you will receive a Flex Copy Archive, full of copy written in your unique brand voice.
